CUSTOM STOLES ARE NON-RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE

If you receive an incorrect order in error, it may be refunded or replaced within 10 days of delivery. If items are damaged, please contact us immediately.

You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at joanie.holystoles@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING

Processing time takes 7-10 days. This is the time between when an order is placed, for production, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Shipping takes around 3 to 7 days after the processing time, and the time depends on the customer's location and the shipping service. Please make sure you have included the correct shipping address.
